Returns, Exchange & Refunds
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE
Any returns or exchange must adhere to below guidelines.
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Products bought during/on sale are non-refundable.
- Hair Accessory, Travel Accessory, Socks, Face Masks, Handkerchiefs, Paintings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Incase there is an order cancellation required then, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. Please refer to the cancellation policy here.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at contact@thegroovetree.in mentioning your Order ID. We will follow up. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost if it is eligible. You need to handover the tampered product while exchanging.
- Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
- Raise your return request within 5 days of receiving the shipment. You can do this by dropping an email to contact@thegroovetree.in. [TODO: How return will work?]
- If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at contact@thegroovetree.in with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the product is picked up and received on our end.
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of INR 200 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product through - https://groovetree.in/apps/return_prime. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.
- A pick up would be arranged from our end.
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 3 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at contact@thegroovetree.in.
- You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 200 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
- Products bought during sale are not exchangeable & non-refundable.
